Heidi Good has been named a Professional of the Year in Insurance Services

Ms. Good specializes in International Insurance Services Operations including customer service, claims processing, plan set up, enrollment and accounts receivable. With more than 18 years of professional experience under her belt, Ms. Good supports the initiatives of the company, which include providing concierge levels of service to its customers.

Ms. Good has amassed a wealth of experience throughout her career, including mission work across many countries. Attributing her success to the support she receives from her mentors, she continues to strive for excellence in her every endeavor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Duquesne University and certification in Project Management from The Ohio State University.
