Cara Grapenthien Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who
Cara Grapenthien's main concern is customer service, and she aims to help her insurance agency acquire a customer retention rate of 90 percent

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL, May 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cara Grapenthien, Agent and Owner of the Cara Grapenthien Agency with American Family Insurance, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in customer service and business administration.

While attending Illinois State University, Ms. Grapenthien decided that she wanted to lead a career in the insurance industry. Through the aid of a teacher who mentored her, she learned about the various products and complexities of the field. She eventually graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in human resource management and a minor in insurance. She has since furthered her education to obtain a license in life, health, property and casualty insurance.

Not only has Ms. Grapenthien been led to success by her positive attitude and excellent work habits, but she has also made a constant effort to be available to her customers. This trait has proven invaluable as customer service is one of her primary concerns as the owner of the Cara Grapenthien Agency. On a daily basis, she contacts clients to review their insurance policies and ensure that their current needs are being met. In addition, she prospects for new business and meets new people in the area. Ms. Grapenthien is also charged with handling billing and underwriting matters.

She has worked in the insurance industry for two years and owned the Cara Grapenthien Agency since December 2010. This full-service insurance agency has taken over two books of business and is leading a campaign to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ms. Grapenthien donates $5 to the cause with each new client that her company attains.

Ms. Grapenthien hopes to keep her business growing, increase her client base, and establish a customer retention rate of 90 percent. She is affiliated with Phi Sigma Epsilon and LeTip Networking, as well as Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce, supporting the organization as an events volunteer.
