He also engaged Regional Internal Audit and Regional PWC to maximize buy-in of all stakeholders and minimize risk of jurisdictional gaps in design.

During his educational career, Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is certified in Computer Programming, Project Management and Program Management. Mr. Koodray is also IBM Mainframe Systems Certified. He is a member of InfraGard and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
