The agency provides home, automotive, commercial, health, life and long term care insurance, as well as long- and short-term disability insurance services.

As an insurance professional, Ms. Freeman believes that there is more to insurance than the policy itself to provide her clients with dependable protection and service. She feels strongly about her profession and has remained loyal to it from the start — her first job following her college graduation was in the insurance field, and she enjoyed it so much that she has never considered doing anything else.

Ms. Freeman earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cleveland State University. She is licensed in both Personal and Casualty; Life and Health insurance.
