PORTLAND, ME, December 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Adele C. LeBorgne, Lead Training Consultant at Unum Group, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in insurance consulting.

Specializing in conflict resolution and change management, Ms. LeBorgne has worked as a Lead Training Consultant at Unum Group for 28 years. In her position, she is responsible for creating training courses designed to teach technical and people skills. She particularly enjoys having the opportunity to help people increase their knowledge of important subject matter.

Ms. LeBorgne received a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and a Junior Achievement Award. She holds membership to the American Society of Training & Development and attributes her success to her work ethic. In the future, she hopes to advance into a senior trainer position and then to a directorship role. In addition, she plans to create an education program entitled "How To Coach," a tutorial on how to coach and empower others.
