Erica also compiles business cases to ensure product feasibility and maintains relationships with all sales areas to gather new product ideas.

During her collegiate career, Erica earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of South Africa. She also attended the University of Cape Town and Wits Business School. Prior to her current position with Chartis, Erica served as a Regional Product Development Manager with Chartis; Strategy and Implementation Manager with Nedbank; Product Manager with First National Bank; Project Manager with WildLogic; and Product Manager with Old Mutual.
