Established in 1993, Integral Consultants is a building loss specialist that provides file audits, loss appraisals, forensic restoration, damage assessments, remedial management, large loss coordination and underwriting appraisals for adjusters, brokers, underwriters, contractors, and building owners in general. Mr. Wilkes serves as the company's Senior Consultant. He has over 45 years of experience in both insurance and restoration, holding various positions in the insurance industry as an inspector, an underwriter, and a manager. Ron has also served as an estimator, site supervisor, project manager, general manager, and as an arbitrator in restoration.

Ron is a Certified Residential and Commercial Marshall & Swift Instructor. He is a past Associate of the International Society of Appraisers and has earned Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Mr. Wilkes is also a founding member of The Restoration & Replacement Network.
