Naples Insurance Company Celebrates One Year Anniversary
Naples insurance company, Culbertson Agency, announces their one year anniversary as well as the accomplishments they've made since September 2010.

FORT MYERS, FL, September 03, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- One year ago, a young entrepreneur opened an Allstate Insurance franchise without a single customer and no policies or accounts. Yet he had one golden rule in mind: Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. This became the foundation of his business along with the intention of providing a high level of service to his customers. One year later, Brian Culbertson and his staff of dedicated agents who provide Naples insurance, are enjoying the fruits of their labor as they celebrate their one year anniversary.

"I used to be an operations manager of a multi-location Allstate agency, and decided to open my own 'scratch office' to provide the level of service I thought customers truly deserved," said Brian Culberson, principal of Culbertson Agency. "It goes back to the simple philosophy of treating others the way we want to be treated. That might seem like a common sense approach, but it's amazing in this day and age how few people truly get that concept. The insurance business is a business of relationships, and we continuously strive to build long lasting relationships with our customer base."

It seems that the golden rule has already paid huge dividends for his company as they have grown to a customer base of 1,458 and over 2500 total policies in just one year's time. In addition, the Culbertson Agency was recognized as the Allstate Rookie Agency of the year for their territory in Southwest Florida.

"I contribute our phenomenal growth for our first year, first and foremost to an amazing team which consists of my wife Karen, niece Kristen and good friend David, all of whom understand the concept of treating our customers the way they would like to be treated. It has been invaluable to have a team of people who are all on the same page, all of whom I trust beyond a shadow of a doubt to do the right things," Culbertson says. "We've also been lucky to be in a market where we've had some very competitive rates on homeowners insurance. While other companies have been increasing rates, this has allowed us to capture a lot of market share and then offer other lines of insurance (such as auto insurance, life insurance, and boats, etc.) to our new customers."

Culbertson comes from a background of marketing and sales and understands the concept of spending money in order to make money, especially when his company was the "new kid on the block." To bring in new customers, they've maintained a committed marketing concept that they've stuck with since day one including a FREE eBook called "Nine Ways to Save on Your Home Insurance". Due to Culbertson's accomplishments, they were invited to attend the Allstate's President's Conference in San Fransisco, earlier this year in July.

"I truly believe that life is about seizing moments that are placed before us and realizing those gifts that God gives each of us. I believe that I was put here to serve and love others, and as an insurance agent, I get this opportunity thousands of time each year," said Culbertson.

Now that phase one is complete, Culbertson Agency is now making the transition into phase two of their growth plan. They just added a 4th person to their team, Scott Ehrenfeld who brings over 3 years of insurance experience. As the agency principal, Brian is now focusing on his existing customers and deepening those relationships.
