Prior to joining the Pacific Life Insurance Company, Mr. Robb served in the United States Army.

Mr. Robb received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1969. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
