Before forming Greystone Capital Group, Mr. Rosencrants was Senior Vice President of the Insurance Research Group at Robinson-Humphrey, a subsidiary of Salomon Smith Barney. He is also a former Partner and Director of Research at Conning & Company in Hartford, Connecticut.

During his insurance career, Mr. Rosencrants served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and Director of Market Research and Product Development. Mr. Rosencrants serves on the Board of Directors of CompuCredit Corporation and Cambridge Display Technology Inc. Both are publicly traded companies. Mr. Rosencrants serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of each company and as a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Rosencrants earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Dayton and received his MBA in Finance from Roosevelt University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Thomas was inducted into The Wall Street Journal Analysts' Hall of Fame in 1997.
