PORTLAND, OR, December 08, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hundreds of local music lovers will be "rockin around the Christmas tree" on December 13 at the Abernethy Center at the Nelson, Terry & Stacey Christmas Show. Sponsored in part by Smartway Advisors, the show will feature American Idol superstars Kris Allen, Lee DeWyze and more.

Visitors can enter to win tickets to The Nelson, Terry & Stacey Christmas Show and drop off new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. Two Marines and a military humvee will be on site to help load up the toys.

"I have always had a heart for the Toys for Tots program. My son is a former Air Force Captain who is now in the reserves, and we truly appreciate the sacrifices that our armed forces and their families endure and the community service work they do," Daniels said.

In addition to serving as an official drop site, Smartway Advisors will donate $500 worth of toys to the Toys for Tots program.
