Mr. Alls is a military veteran; he spent 20 years in the US Navy retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. Following his retirement from the military he was employed in the defense/aerospace industry for 10 years. Mr. Alls simultaneously built a successful business in the financial industry, while employed full time, using his leadership abilities, business acumen and management skills developed throughout his naval career.

A pillar in the community having served on several boards including: Murrieta, Community Steering Committee, Chair; Honorary Board Member CASA; Murrieta, Youth Commissioner; Member of The City of Murrieta General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) and Murrieta Junior All-American and San Diego County Pop Warner Football Coach. Mr. Alls' proactive involvement in the community lead to him been nominated in 2007 for selection as Third District Man of the Year.
